All PMMA milling discs as well as Thermoelastic and PEEK discs can be recycled.

Unfortunately, due to the amounts of different chemicals, number of materials available and the chemical makeup of those products, 3D printed waste cannot be recycled.

Once we receive your discs they go through quality control, we sort, count, weigh, then the process of repurposing begins.

Batches are broken down to approximately 25-micron particles, they then go through the process of computer analysing allowing it to then be recycled into new eco-friendly products made from up to 15 % PMMA right here in Australia.
